Refund and Returns Policy

At Srinis Designer Studio, each outfit is custom-made exclusively for you.
Therefore, we follow a strict but fair return & refund policy.

❌ No Returns for Custom Stitching

Since all products are tailor-made based on customer measurements, we do not accept returns.

❌ No Refunds After Order Confirmation

Once stitching work has started or fabric has been cut, refunds cannot be issued.

✔️ Alteration Policy

We provide free alterations only if:

• The error is from our stitching team

• You inform us within 2 days of receiving the dress

Alterations are not free if:

• Wrong measurements were provided by the customer

• Customer changes style/design after dress is made

Damage During Delivery

If the outfit is damaged during delivery:

• Share unboxing video & photos within 24 hours

• We will repair or replace (based on assessment)
